We were set up in 2014 to share the innovative learning from MAC UK, an award winning charity working with young people at risk of serious youth violence.
We have spent the last two years testing out what it takes to enable other organisations to put psychologically informed practice, co-production and outreach into practice.
In that time, we have worked with over 200 individuals and 20 organisations.
We’ve learnt a lot along the way. We have realised that we need to form long term partnerships with organisations, and work at all levels of the system, from front line staff to commissioners and policymakers. We need to have the right balance of experience and perspectives, both lived and professional, throughout the process. That’s why we always deliver with experts by experience, mental health experts, and people with valuable local knowledge.
